Introduction
V.I. Vernadsky Crimean Federal University (CFU) is one of Russia’s most prestigious and historic public universities, located in Simferopol, the capital of the Republic of Crimea. Established in 1918 as Taurida University, it was reorganized into its current structure in 2014 as part of the Russian Federation’s federal university initiative.
